Bought the Ultimate edition on sale and my DLC is not working or installing
I am about to ask for a refund. I have not been able to get any of my DLC working. On my xbox I can install the items easier than this. I when to manage game and checked all of the boxes to ensure my anime music pack , characters and etc.

is there a bug with the game?

The Ultimate Edition includes:
• The game
• FighterZ Pass (8 new characters)
• Anime Music Pack (11 songs from the Anime, available 3/1/18)
• Commentator Voice Pack (available 4/15/18)

That being said, if these DLC listed aren't showing up, go to your Library in steam, Right click on DragonBall FighterZ choose Properties then go to the last tab named DLC, it will list all owned DLC, if there is not a check mark in the box, then put a check mark in the box.

Should solve the problem.

I did this already. Thats the first thing i did making sure the fighter Pass was checked.
i keep seeing jien, videl and others not selectable. not to mention ssgss goku and vegita blocks are blank.

Learn to read or stop with the troll bait. honestly. The other characters are not included in the Ultimate edition.
