Who else would love to see future gohan?

I’ve been wanting a one armed future gohan in a game for quite some time now. If you ask me this would be a prime game to add him. As long as they don’t make a huge fuss over his missing arm he really shouldn’t mess with the rating system of the game. Besides imagine the awkward yet interesting fighting style he’d bring to the table.

I have been wanting Future Gohan in this game since day one. However, due to Japanese censorship and laws regarding dismemberment, he may not be allowed to be presented as one-armed. But I honestly don't mind either way; I just want to play my favorite character rather than settling for his present counterpart.

Nope, not me! I'm not a fan of having the same character take up 8 slots, also one of the reasons I absolutely HATE all the Gokus in this game. I thought Goku, as a character in the anime, was the most generic "beat-them-all" "plot-armoured" "unattractive jock" character of all of them... Broly rarely ever spoke and to me he had more personality than Goku would ever have.

I really want Dabra in this game... He starts the Majin saga and is powerful enough to earn a slot in here... I also want a Dr Gero lobby character since the whole game is focused on The Android 21 arc... Too bad both of those things will never happen because, well... we still got some alternate Gokus to make... Don't you make me hate Gohan too, I like him very much as a character and I like how things stand right now in the roster when it comes to him! We've got teen Gohan who is absolutely whack AF but has good assists, and Adult Gohan who is so good you can put him anywhere but his assists won't work out with everyone so you gotta be really picky when assembling your team with Adult Gohan! Future Gohan or ANY OTHER GOHAN variation (saiyaman for example) would just ♥♥♥♥ up the whole balance thing they've got going on between these two characters. It would be another Goku... where ALL GOKUs are OP af and have at least one way of ending one of your bars whole with an infinite combo.

Considering future gohan is almost a completely different character than his present day counter part, I don’t really think you’re point really stands as another gohan. Physicaly he should be missing one arm, war torn, and different hair. His personality is less aloof and more serious. He is for some reason weaker than teen gohan despite many extra years fighting the androids. He is what gohan would have been if the writers decided to not shelf the character as they did. It’s also not surprising that goku has alot of rep in this game. He has more transformations than anyone. Many people think are cool so of course they’d rep it in the game. Adding another gohan wouldn’t necessarily over saturate him, but rather help to balance out all the Gokus in the game. Besides there’s 3 vegeta or 5 if you include vegito and gogeta. 2 android 17’s, two trunks if you include gotenks. There’s plenty of duplicate people in the game. The difference is their personality and moveset.

So was Black Goku to Goku, still a Goku though... Where are the two playable 17s though? There's 17 and there's Android's 18's guy that comes out on her movesets, that's basically not another 17 lol
My point was that you'll hate it if all Cell's forms were in this game besides his perfect form that we already have lol Trust me it's a VERY good point, assumed by many.

Yeah fair enough that radits and roshi first as they are very important and deserve their spots. I may have the number wrong. 17 is the dude right? He’s a very intergal part of 18’s moves set and shows up a fair amount. Kinda like great saiyaman in videl’s moveset. So I was counting that in the 17 count, but forgot to make that distinction. My bad.

Couldn't have said it better. Future Gohan is a completely different character from his present counterpart. Future Gohan has been through so much pain, destruction, death of loved ones, so his ideology of being a pacifist, is long dead. He will kill in cold blood without hesitation and will go full power from the start, giving it his all, while present Gohan will be cocky due to a huge power boost and fail miserably like Vegeta. #nohateforpresentgohan

Aside from the background check on F. Gohan. I think he would be an amazing addition to the game. They might do something like Dokkan Battle/Legends or Xenoverse where he still has his arm, but it just hangs and he barely uses it. They might just make him playable with two arms and the scars, I wouldn't mind. I do think they have enough source material to take moves from. Some characters like Gogeta had moves from some old DB games, so the devs have a lot of freedom looking up moves for him. I would love to see him make it in the game, so I hope he is one of the 3 remaining characters.

Not gonna lie that whole limp arm thing really irritates me more than him simply having both arms working. Like what's the matter dude? Did you some how run into Gilderoy Lockhart who just happened to remove the bones from that arm making it useless? I get they're trying to emulate that his arm is gone, but it just doesn't work when I see the arm right there. I'm ok with Future Gohan having both arms if they work, but you can't have it both ways resulting in noodle arm. Either give him a robot arm to signify he's lost an arm in the past or give him both working arms if you must make him two armed. Though my preference is still the one armed Gohan. It's kinda like his signature thing for me.

This subject is probably the most contriversal and double standard thing about Japanese culture I just can't understand. Mutilation is extremely common in many of their tv shows. Heck Piccolo rips off his own arm once or twice in dragon ball z. Not to mention all the times someone get a gigantic hole through their chest. Though when it comes to video games they won't even show someone who's got a serious injury. It just baffles me.

reason - Piccolo beat him and you guys don't even use the character at all so what is Raditz gonna say in the intros...GONNA CRY TO YOUR MOMMA! like Kefla even when we know that he was reborn from Kami when Goku defeated evil Piccolo and spit out his inner egg.

So tell me what other intros will be stupid if Raditz fills in a spot.

he only got to say words to Base Goku when he like Base Goku Jr.

He never even met Vegeta or Nappa

I mean he kinda does deserve a spot. He's Goku's brother for starters and the reason Goku died at the end of the Radits arc. He also revealed what was at the time a huge revalation that Goku is a Saiyan. Something that took Goku awhile to come to terms with and accept.

The fact that people are asking for him implies that people want him. He has quite a few things to say to many of the fighters. He slapped Krillin into kami house, Cut off piccolo's arm, died with Goku, Kidnapped Gohan as a child ( of which I'm sure Gohan has a few things to say about that), He knows Vegeta and Nappa, otherwise they never would have come to earth, because they wouldn't have known to watch his scouter for events that are happening (not tomention there is a segement where you see kid radits sitting next to kid vegeta in dragon ball super broly). Besides you just know they'd love to mock him as a weakling if nothing else.

Radits isn't dumb, just weak and uses underhanded techniques.

Also by your logic several characters that are in this game, shouldn't be in this game because someone beaten them in the past and should be dead. Though the campaign kinda expressly answers both the problem of death and power scaling. Inhibiting waves and 21 brought them all back to life with the dragon balls.

As for kefla, she's a trash talker who knows jack about the main characters other than they're strong. In other words she's just an annoying, brat who needs to be educated rather than given power boosts. She's no more annoying than Gotenks though.

He never met Nappa and Vegeta? Weren't they kind of from the same group that attacked earth at the beginning of DBZ? I thought Raditz explicitly said he was part of a larger group and he was sent first to scout earth out... Now I'm confused

Also there is a segement where you see kid radits sitting next to kid vegeta in dragon ball super broly movie. They talk about Tarble and kakarot potentally blowing up with the planet.
