Ultimate edition doesn't include all DLC's?

That's odd. I thought it would. What's the most economic way to get the rest? Should I wait for another sale?

Season Pass, each one, gives you different characters. If you buy Season Pass 1 and 3, you won't get characters from 2nd one. You can go to specific Pass store page to see what it will give you. If you buy Season Pass 3, the current one, you will get access to released characters like Kefla, and when other characters will be released, those also will be available to you via that Pass.

Considering how old the game is at this point, I would the say the game still being $60 is kind of a rip off. Luckily the game is on sale right now for 75% off till the 11th. I would definitely go for the ultimate edition along with the second fighterz pass (which is also on sale for like 50% off) before the sale ends. You'll be up to date with the exception of Kefla and upcoming fighters. With this being a Arc Sys game, God knows when the game will come down in price that much again. If you ask me, $50 for the ultimate edition with the second pass is much easier to stomach compared to $130-140.
