Combo Double Supers???

This is the first time I've ever seen this... You know when you're doing a combo and you can do a super then change out for another super from your 2nd, then change again for a super from your 3rd... How the heck can someone do this:

Buu does super, cell changes in with super which hits, then does a second super which hits, then changes to Goku and does a super that hits, then another super that hit all in the same combo string unavoidable.

I thought when changing during that combo for the super you can only get 1 super per change. Am I missing something? How can they double supers, then change again and do double again???

Some characters hit long enough to enable double supers for certain characters.

my whole team is built on using broly to double super

It's simple - some characters can prolong their supers (like Kid Buu or Brolly), while others can have quick recovery supers (like Cell or Adult Gohan). Combine them and You can do 2 supers easily.
