Top 5 best characters currently in your opinion?

THIS IS ALL SPECULATION, and feel free to debate my opinion. I'd also love to know what other people think.
In order for best to worse.
Bardock
A. Gohan
Ginyu
Gotenks
16
Cell is a close 6th though.
Base vegeta can easily be considered top 5 to me but we haven't seen much to really reinforce that + i don't think his neutral is all that great.

Goku Black. Peoples knew hes Top tier right after release but than watched youtube videos and learned that his combo damage was slighly lower than rest top tiers and ignored fact that he had best 2H in the game, and he were very good at initiating combos and maintaining pressure.
But peoples who rememebered that not only damage determines character power knew the whole time he is in Top 3 best characters in the game. After most of top and high tiers nerf which which he evaded Goku Black is even more of killing machine than he wee prior to patch.

having the best 2H in the game doesn't do anything for him outside of neutral. He has trouble opening people up because he has no 2L low. He also has lower damage than goku ssj, which arguably doesnt even make him worth using as an assist either. Hes not even top 10 imo.

I don't think these guys are like top teir or anything, they are just my favourite to play with from least to best! Base Vegeta, Base Goku, Piccolo, Freeza, and Yamcha!

if you look at the japanese scene, theyve pretty much showcased how ridiculous ginyu is in neutral due to his calls. Hes got great synergy with most of the case, and hes only gotten better post patch. Hes actually insane. Only issue is damage and oki but even then, guldo call on oki is strong and its really difficult to deal with ginyu when he gets started.

People overrate Zamasu because they are sheep and Sonicfox plays him.

Zamasu is upper mid tier, and is about as good as every other character in that tier.

really aside from the top 2 and bottom 4 the game is very well balanced atm. and even the top tiers are not in a league of their own anymore.

yeah i agree about that. Zam wasn't even really the forerunner for sonics evo win. It was 100% Bardock.
