Party Battle

Is there something I'm missing with this mode? I can't access it. I group up with some friends and then we can't figure out how to play the mode together.

Don't tell me ArcSys actually thought it was a good idea to only let randoms group up together for this mode? If so, Grade A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right there. How can anyone think we wouldn't want to group up to play this mode?

I'm talking about the mode where you fight "fearsome bosses". I just want to make a team of 3 with friends and fight. Jeez.

how is it random when you can go to Kame House and select the mode from there?

At Kame House you can currently only play Party Battle 6 player 3vs3.

The mode you mentioned with the "fearsome bosses" only shows up once a month as an Event,
which replaces the water fountain area for 3 days followed by the Fighter Z Cup for a week.

Next Party Battle Raid will probably be in about 2 or 3 weeks.

You can start your own Ring Party Battle in the lobby.

But you can't fight CPUs or against match made opponents, at least that I've found. You can't fight the "bosses".

No, boss battles are a timed event, of course you can't fight them

If you want to fight against CPUs go to arcade

What about matchmade for the 3v3? Is there any way to get a group of 3 and take on other people wthout getting 6 people together prior?

No, you just assemble 6 people, if you already have 4 then it shouldn't be too hard to find 2 randos to join if you make the lobby near the front gate

party battle is the Raid mode but it has no set dates. it can show up anytime but it suppose to be a monthly event.

Sorry, the co-op mode gets deleted at the end of the weekend. Hope you just happened to login when it was happening because it never gets posted anywhere. Enjoy not getting to ever play what is effectively 1/3rd of the game's lifetime content at this point.

It gets posted ingame check the news NPC, if you enter any lobby and walk striaght up, the NPC at your left will have a white exclamation icon in a green circle (imply he has updated information); the other NPC is to enter arena battles btw.
