New Update, can't play online

Literally disconnect every time I get in a match. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes.i have this since i bought the game a week ago.

Are you playing with mods? If so that's why. Most mods trip Easy Anti-Cheat and that means the opponent is allowed to disconnect from you because you're being flagged as a cheater. Regardless of whether you are or not.

Im having the same issue, and I dont have mods. It seems EAC is saying people are untrusted for no apparent reason. And theres seemingly no fix for it, ive tried evreything.

Just a question but do you have any external programs running alongside DBFZ? Things like Peerblock or anything really.

Other than windows defender and steam, no. Not that im aware of. I even deleted all of my cheat engine related stuff (for single player games, MP cheating is icky) , and I deleted anything an anticheat would even find slightly suspicious. Still, no luck.

I'm not really sure what the issue would be then. You didn't download a save file to get around storymode/unlock the 3 unlockables did you? That's the only thing I can think of. If not it's weird and you should get ahold of Bamco's support.

You should edit or delete part of your post because that's a suspendable thing people can report you for. But no I don't think that program would cause that issue. Only modifying save data or actual files pertaining to FighterZ should do it. If you Cheat Engine in say Dark Souls Remastered it would only get you softbanned there not in this game.

Welp, nobody wants to play against me in arena, which I assume would be less likely to have connection issues, so I cant test the fix accurately imo. (What respectable high rank wouldnt want to destroy a grey skrub)

I played with no issue when the game came out. Haven't touched it til today and suddenly every game I get into either has insane lag or gets disconnected.

Your a god. I thought the problem was just me. I found a partial solution. Have your internet browser closed, and have discord, teamspeak, etc., anything you dont need running in the background off, and tournament/ring matches should work. Or at least, that got me into like 3 games in a row, and only stopped working when I opened background stuff.
