Look on tutorial in Guilty Gear Xrd or BlazBlue CF. Or Skullgirls (it's not ArcSys game though).
Anyway, Frame Data is not a pro stuff. I dont need to remember everything. You just have to understand what is safe, what is not and create need tools with it.
So its usefull for frame traps and punish.
Because the punish on block is not as instinctive in this game as is it in other fighting games.
