Dustloop is pretty much the go-to reference for anime games in this regard. They started filling out the frame data for each character last I looked, but not sure if they have everything for everyone yet.

Thanks but still no Frame Data here.

There is frame data. You access it through each individual character. So if you go to the main page of DBFZ on Dustloop (via the above link I posted), then click on a character, for example Hit ( http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=DBFZ/Hit ), you'll see that his 5L has 6 startup frames and -3 frame advantage. The frame data isn't all arranged in tables atm and it's incomplete, but there is enough there to get started thinking about the game in terms of frames.

ok its just that its incomplete for the caracters I was looking for
but yes its still instructive, thanks

Frame Data is too pro stuff. This game even has no in-depth tutorial as another recent ArcSys games do.

If you speak about my post, no, it isn't.
Why I should learn some game mechanics from videos on YouTube, not from actual game. For instance:

Look on tutorial in Guilty Gear Xrd or BlazBlue CF. Or Skullgirls (it's not ArcSys game though).

oh ok man I read the opposite in your message haha
Anyway, Frame Data is not a pro stuff. I dont need to remember everything. You just have to understand what is safe, what is not and create need tools with it.
So its usefull for frame traps and punish.

Because the punish on block is not as instinctive in this game as is it in other fighting games.

I like the game, it has good gameplay. But some stuff in it is a bare bones.

Oh, my bad. It was a typo. I lost very essential word «no». Fixed after myself. I'm sorry.

For the same reason that when you watch the anime or read the manga you don't expect it to teach you English/Japanese.

Lol. To have good in-game tutrorial for the game is good game design decision, IMHO. Some fighting games have tutorials that explains almost everything. And ArcSys developed fighting games like this.

It has a tutorial system to teach you the basics. These tutorials don't have to be exhaustive to teach you EVERYTHING. People are finding new things out DAILY because they aren't complaining on forums thinking themselves entitled, but are instead exploring the game. Take on some independent initiative and stop expecting the world to give you handouts all the time.

I'm learning, dude, I'm learning. I doubt you will argue with me that it would be better to have better ingame tutorial in the game. Also, maybe if the game had better tutorial scrubs was less complaining about mechanics of the game, because the game taught them how to use different things properly.
