when he holds it down it is a grab, it isnt cheating, it was built into the game and extremely easy to react to. just vasnish behind him or super dash to avoid it.

Altering Game mechanics is not a possible way to cheat in Fighting Games. If you hack anything that's about the gameplay, health, meter, move- or framedata then it will simply desync online and cause a disconnect since everything you receive from your opponent is nothing but a second player input on your own game and because your gamedata isn't altered then the moves can't behave different.
The only "hacks" that would work in any online fighter are bots, macros and tool assisted scripts.
It's 2018 and people still don't know how P2P netcodes in Fighting Games work. sheesh

For f***'s sake op. It's 2018. Get a recording software and uploaded, or at least make a 10 second gif. Every other thread where someone cries "cheater" it turns out it's a bad player mistaking cheating for solid play.

Are you familiar with the cycles of animation? Warm up, cooldown, etc? If no then don't spew the word cheater.

Some attacks are pretty wierd visually in terms of how they should be blocked. Some animations trump other animations like proper timed Launches beat Chase every time.
