Can They Fix The Mouth Flaps For English?

Will they add a patch in the future that fixes the mouth flaps for the English Version? And before you say, "Why not just play with the Japanese dub which is obviously "superior?", Because I'd rather listen to the cartoon (Yes, I call DBZ a cartoon because it was like a childhood cartoon to me, like Ed Edd N Eddy and Courage the Cowardly Dog was) in the language I grew up and listened to with.

you play for cosmetics to make yourself look a bit fancier

No, there'd be problems. The first is the fact everything needs to be perfectly in sync (audio not a big deal.) So to change the mouth flaps, they would still have to keep every single animation in the game the exact same length regardless of language being used. This leads into another problem, if they attempted this; every line is a diferent length depending on the language being used, this means one of two things would happen depending on the situation. First, the mouths would need to stop moving at some point, and sound would have to continue if the line was longer than the speech. The second situation, would be similar to what we already have happen with ss1 goku in the special intro when frieza and goku fight on Namek. If you'd notice, when goku screams how he's mad at frieza, there's a lot of time, where his mouth is open or moving, even if he isn't talking. While, not exactly what would happen, there would have to be moments, where the speech stops, due to the japanese speech being longer, but unlike the goku scene, he'd instead just sit there with his mouth shut for like 4 seconds until the time until the japanese speech would end.

Essentially every fighting game is peer-to-peer, this is so every player involved is at the same level when it comes to lag. But a big caveat of this, is that whatever is happening on one side, has to be playing out the EXACT same on the other side (with a few exceptions for audio, or mods that don't affect cutscenes/moves/length of animations.) This is to keep everything insync, as in a fighting game, unlike most other games which have "lag comp," "lag comp," would be very unfair in a fighting game, as a single frame difference can make or break a match.

Now, its possible they could make changes to the lipsyncing in story mode, since that doesn't require being synced with another player, but elsewhere, its not possible.

The only voice that matches the lip sync well is Matt Mercer, aka Hit. If they add Jiren to this game, I hope his English Dub voice for him is Kevin Conroy. (The man who played Batman in the Arkham and Animated Series). And for their God of Destruction is Mark Hamill while their angel is the voice for Harley Quinn.
