Can't find ranked matches

I never played a single ranked match so far, because searching for one takes ages and when it finally finds a match I press start but the other person either doesn't accept, I have to wait ages, or it just bugs out immediately.
I have no trouble finding casual matches or ring matches. I set the parameters as open as possible ...

So you are saying it is a known issue that matches are not found even though there are players?

The online system really ruins this otherwise perfect game.
Since this is a japanese developer my hopes are not high that they will spend too much time patching it...

The lobby isn't Arc Sys decisions, it's Bamco cause they want to emulate that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ XV lobby ♥♥♥♥, Arc Sys allows you to get online and ranked through menus and use lobbies only for casual/friend games in both Guilty Gear and BlazBlue.

wow
but that is not my issue. I join Germany lobby and my download server is Germany too. I have to say though that just now I very quickly found two matches but then again no match at all.
