Just buy a key without region lock. If region is locked, you cannot run it in your region.
Anyway, to be honest I'm not sure if I will purchase it this way, as Endscape mentioned above that Steam could ban me for doing it ?_?
Any tournament you go to for a fighting game will almost always be using PS4s because they're more reliable+affordable than PCs in general.
inb4 PC master race.
They don't need PC for anything else but hentai.
They play on console in tournament because they are easier to carry around and they are all the same which eliminate some random issues you don't want to see in an event.
A console reliable? lol?
The minimum life I got out of a PC was 7 years and I could have fixed it if there was a point. The maximum life I got out of a Disk based (CD/DVD ect..) console was 4 years and it was on its last leg the last years. Anything using a disk player is doomed to fail super fast. This thing are not build to last but a PC... it depends how you build it. If you use some no-name crap you get what you paid for.
Every one I know had problems with consoles reliability. No exception.
And again, I'm not talking about cartriges consoles even if I had some issues with the NES.
They'll ban you if they catch you using a VPN to download games outside of your region. If you can find a game code without the region lock (so you don't have to use a VPN) , you should be fine.
Is funny what you guys say here but i think the reason has something to do with monster hunter game since was released in same day. Since Capcom entered into a cross-licensing with Bandai may be the reason.
Thanks for the reply Unforgiven. I'm sorry I'm quite pedantic about having to pay to play PS4 games online when the PS3 was free. So I like to do my online gaming on my PC :D
I guess I will have to wait a little longer for the PC release. I wonder if it's every going to be released over here in Japan, as I don't think the other Dragonball PC games were released on Steam in Japan. By the time I get it, I bet everbody would be really good at the game, so I'll have some catching up to do.
Since Arcsys and Bamco are Japanese companies I guess we can exclude discrimination.
However when it comes to gaming Consoles are few times more popular than PC's.
Probably they dont want to divide Japanese DBFZ players community into 2 platforms (because Xbox is nearly non existent there).
People in the west thinks they know DB and will take anything. Like most of Japan hates that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ DB:S Anime, the Manga is OK because changes are made into it to make it better AFTER fan feedback. Having so many DB:S shallow characters is just a cash grab and they don't want to give the impression over there.
They're going to take their time releasing DB in it's country of origin, likely with all the extra characters for one price.
