Rage quitters in ranked
Seriously needs to be done with rage quitters in ranked matches. It gets to the point where you keep bumping into the same players who keep rage quitting over and over. Seriously ban these people for 12 hrs if they rage quit more than 10 times if they rage quit 5 times make it 3 hours etc. Get ranked back in order Bandai Namco

I think I just left VS you. You had 17 frames of delay, and mashed Beerus's cross up auto combo, it was impossible to react to. Tip don't want people to leave get better internet and don't play on wifi. Unless that wasn't you.

Rage Quit should be punishable, after the first match just leave without rematching & PICK A HIGHER CONNECTION when selecting ranked if you don't want 17 frame delays...

That's the thing the higher connection ♥♥♥♥ doesn't work. Its known to be broken, both the frame delay and connection filters are out right lies a majority of the time. So filtering doesn't do ♥♥♥♥ currently.

Good because damn that connection was the worst I have had yet.
Fighting games do not do nearly enough to deal with RQ or smurfs.

The connection filter works just fine for me and hundreds others I know that play the game. You must be playing on a windows 95 toaster or something...... Besides don't spread mis-information if your trying to imply the connection filter for dbz is broken to justify your RQ. It's definetly broken in SFV, but as for DBZ its on point.

RQ should be punished more in all fighters. Took forever for SFV to implement a punish for it, we'll see how fast DBZ puts a punish in place & I hope its legit punishing!
The game should give you an option to leave if the delay gets above 15 frames or so. It's ridiculous that people play on such bad connections, and the filter shows it as a green connection. This is obviously going to be abused the more and more people learn that they can gimp matches by forcing lag, much like the old school call of duty days with lag switching.

LOL If its showing a green 5 bar connection and then the game is 15 frames+ you've just found someone with a lag switch. There should be something implemented that detects a good connection that all of a sudden turns into the worst connection, punish those people & the RQ's.... Win - Win

Or don't DL porn while playing fighting games. idk what to tell you

Again its a known bug, the frame counter doesn't work correctly. This is a fact, we know its a fact because it was in the beta on the PS4.
@Schizm -
All i'm reading are more ways your trying to justify your RQ's... Hope your character name is purple!

btw, just because it was a beta problem doesnt mean its a launch problem. could of been fixed, link a source saying its a launch problem or go enjoy your purple name!~

As much as condescending as this is, I'll humor you.

There has been many issues with the connection filter since beta and launch. Furthermore, if a connection fluctuates during the match, nothing is going to stop the match from playing currently, as the filter only detects in queue, not during match.

I don't quit matches even if the connection becomes ♥♥♥♥. And I'm not saying don't punish rage quitters. But there may be an alternative reason to why people, like the OP, are experiencing high disconnects. Such reasons could be the OPs fault, creating a terrible match environment for the other players. I know I've run into green and blue connection people where once the match starts, the game turns into a slide show. Which wouldn't make sense that only some of the matches I play are this way and not all of them, if it was indeed my connection.

Server issues have been an issue for many people on PC and PS4 as well, dropping mid game. I know earlier a guy was fighting me, and he disconnected with 3 characters left, and I have half of one. I don't think he was RQing that match. Because he most likely would have won.

So just something to think about.

Source for the connection bar being in-accurate after launch? I've read about it during beta. I decline anything yellow or red, always pick a green/blue connection to play agianst & its never over 3 frame delay. I havent ran across a lag switcher which would explain the frame delay going ham after accepting a good connection, but I have ran into plenty of RQ's who have 1 character vs my 3.

Anyway, post a link to a reliable source stating the connection bar is in-accurate since launch please?
Rage Quitting should count as LOSS. Point.
I bet less people would rage quit that way.
