early unlock blue vegeta and blue goku in hard mode, last 2 ladders

But they are not "free", they are unlockables!, in arcade mode, or having 300.000 zenny, if i remember right.

This. I automatically unlocked SSB Vegita in story-mode alongside Andriod 21.

Also (for any whiners who are 12 and decry on disk nonsense), unlockable characters in fighting games have existed for 25+ years.
