It's easy padding. It's just particularly mindless easy padding since ArcSys doesn't full-fat story modes in their own games and needed a quick out. I suspected it wouldn't be much when they were attached to the game.

Oh really? List every example on how this game is different then Budokai's 2 story. Also, please don't tell me you think this game is canon. None the games are canon. If 21 appeared in the show, she's canon.

I didn't mean by story, I meant like how you move around a board similar to budokai 2 with turns.

umm his question was obviously in regards to the gameboard based presentation of Budokai 2's story mode... even with how simple the question was...

I thought it was weird that they decided to go with the gameboard similar to budokai 2, I thought people disliked the gameboard from budokai 2.
