Why isn't Super Buu a character?

SSB+Black+Base and Super Sayian


So why can't we have another buu?

There's going to be a season 2 character pass, so there is always a possibility of another Buu. Who knows~

dont need him what does he do thats unique ? he can absorb people? 21 does that already -taking moves-

They weren't revealed, just datamined, so take it with a grain of salt (It would seem that the guy who leaked them is pretty accurate though):

Considering they already gave Kid Buu all the unique moves of Super Buu (Human Extinction Attack, shouting) it would seem his chances are very low to be in any DLC.

I agree Kawalon, considering Super Buu and Kid buu's techniques are essentially the same in both what their normals and special moves are like itd feel even more like a copy than base goku and vegeta lol at least in their case they have moves they did not use as ssj or ssb, also that battle was iconic as hell so dramatic finishes and intros for those two will be the best

I would actually wanted Auta Magetta, Frost, Jiren, Toppo, 3rd form Frieza (only transformation in the db that were really changing appearance).

What does ssj Goku/Vegeta do that their blue versions couldn't have done?
What does fat Buu do that kid Buu couldn't have?
What does Teen Gohan do that adult Gohan couldn't have?

No, it does. Every separate version of Goku/Gohan/Vegeta have unique things they did in show that you can give to them in this game.

All unique things Super Buu did were already given to Kid Buu, ergo Super Buu is obsolete.

Perhaps if that wasn't the case Super Buu as separate character could be possible, but it's too late for that now.

I would like Buuhan or Buutenks, or even a super buu with an ability to transform based on absorbing the opponent's character to mix in his moves with the supers/abilities of his opponent.

Basically an android 21 done right, but with visuals and everything that comes with ACTUALLY absorbing someone.

Let me get this straight: people cry about too many Gokus and Vegetas, yet now wanna use that as an argument of sorts to justify yet another version of a character already in the roster?! A version whose entire moveset is in the game already, no less.

When I think this community can't get any more senseless, someone always manages to prove me wrong. Bravo!
