I have japanese on but I wish there was a toggle for each character option like in Street Fighter because I prefer all characters voiced by Goku Grandma to be in english (especially Black) but I don't wanna miss Norio Wakamoto on Cell or Broly's japanese VA.

Japanese because the voice actors have really unique voices that actually fit the characters. The biggest problem with dubs in general is the small actor pool and poor directing, so all characters end up sounding like really average male grunts.

Also, Wakamoto as Cell is the best thing ever. From preview footage up to this day, I still want to scream along whenever I see the his intro.

Japanese, of course, even movies in their original language with subtitles. Wouldn't watch/play something dubbed even if I get paid for it.

Of course japanese !!
I feel so sorry for dumb fu-cks that play on this pathetic eng dubb or watch the show like that, even FR or IT is way superior then ENG, but ♥♥♥ things should be watch/play with ♥♥♥ org audio, eng is below any kind of quality, but what expect if 1 person dub 20 characters with the same voice :D but everyone has its own taste.
Do yourself a favor and pick japanese, you wont regret it, eng subs doesnt hurt

Japanese. Tried english, but they are distracting because I udnerstand what's being said. Japanese voices work as background noise.

Original Goku is horrible. While some dub voices sound kind of meh nothing is as bad as grandma goku. Anyone who disagrees is a weeb.

Fish & Chips Black is pretty bad. He should have just not added the dumb forced accent and Black would be okay. That's literally my only problem with the Eng dub (For Dragonball at least).

Oh right, I've heard he sounds pretty damn ridiculous especially since he changes his accent for the transformation. I haven't heard english voices of Super characters. So I might as well be wrong about there not being anything worse than original goku when it comes to Super.
