It's a Dragonball game with actual fighting game mechanics instead of trying to go for pure fanservice. If they had gone the latter route, they may not be at EVO this year. I love Dragonball, and am 100% fine with no flight in this.
Your statement doesn't really make sense.
id make the argument that DBFZ to date captures the elements of the series better than any other dragonball game. it really impressed me how they turned so much cool dragonball ♥♥♥♥ into genuine game mechanics and made it work. i used to say xenoverse was one of the most "accurate" dragonball games, but DBFZ definitely tops it
Nop.
The video is fun!
but I'm not the typical one that cries and that.
I'm 32 years old, and I take videogames for what they are, entertainment (for me).
And I have not said at any time that the game is bad just because I can not play well, (child
attitude) ,just the opposite, so before putting post like that, read everything I said.
Regards.
Video games are for fun mate, not for frustrating.
As I said, several friends of mine have left it for the combos,And I would say that this game has lost so many players because of that.
It is my opinion, without this extremely long combos, the game would have 20,000 players daily in steam (or more), because it is a GREAT GAME,not 4000.
Maybe it's better 4000 pros, than 16000 casuals. But everyone has the right to play.
But I think it's going around the same thing.I will try to play better.
Regards.
I'm a fighting game fan. I'm definitely part of playerbase of this game. But I don't say that I contribute to this numbers much, because I play this game 1 or 2 hrs in a day. Sometimes (I mean in some days) I don't play it at all, because I have a lot of other things to do in my life. And I'm not alone.
Different people have fun with different types of games. If you don't like fighting games that's okay.
You are right.
English is not my native language. But you understand what I mean.
Is a fact that the game has lost too many players,or the first days that the game had almost 50.000 people simultaneosly did not have anything else to do?.Lol.Or the people who play others games not have anything else to do?.
The question is WHY?.Why a great game, with awesome gameplay, graphics, animations etc,has lost too much players too fast?!?!.For me the combos, for others will be something else. But i repeat,is a FACT that this game MUST have many more players playing simultaneously.
It does not matter if you say it is because it is a fighting game, it is not true, if a game entertains and is fun,the people play, it does not matter what type of game is.
This post it is NOT an attack on the game, on the contrary, it is because I know it deserves more.Do not make mistakes fanboys.
For my part I have nothing more to say, because it would be going around the same thing.
Regards.
So where come from this frustration?
By the fact that when your opponent open your guard, he punish you hard, cause you miss to defend yourself.
So you are frustrated by the fact that someone is better than you... (or not ^^ then infinite combos are not a problem)
You say it yourself, it's a "git gud" thing (i don't really like to say "git gud").
Sure this mean a lot of players quit because of how they get punished in online play but hey, it's the game rule ^^
I think a lot of casuals have quit, not because of long combos, but just because the game is harder than they were expecting. It's not a lot of fun getting matched against people that know what they're doing, but I guess this is true of any fighting game.
Nop.
Im not frustrated for one guy is better than me.I dont care.
And I repeat that I play for fun, not to win.You can lose many matches in other games, for example, but finish the game having fun. For many of you it is difficult to understand, because for you to have fun is just to win.
You do not know how to enjoy video games.
Exactly,"Combos are definitely on the long side in the this game",is obvius, but there is no blind person who does not want to see.
Yea,from what I've seen street fighter it would be more of my style.
And yes, the matchmaking must improve, but that is its problem of many games.
Regards.
