WTF?! Issue with Chiaotzu
I played against a guy with Tien and he called in the bom....uh Chiaotzu and before he could reach me, I z-vanished (teleported) behind Tien, but Chiaotzu still got me. How is this possible and is this is a bug or?

Don't try to vanish to dodge chiaotzu, duck or jump and it will whiff, I think blocking also makes it whiff.

If you are against Tien, and he has 3 meter or more, and you are low on health..you can predict that Chiaotzu is going to be coming.

Blocking does not work, and neither does jumping. It's a grab super, so if you're stand-blocking, it will connect. If you start holding up after the super flash, it will catch you in pre-jump frames (possibly depending on distance). So you already have to be in the air for it to whiff that way.

Your best bet if they use it in neutral is to stop and duck (block low) so Chiaotzu flies over you. Considering that Tien can combo into this super like any other AND that it has high minimum damage compared to other level 3's, using it in neutral is generally not the best thing for the Tien player to do, anyway.

heh, isnt it tien's only super that does not permanantly damage him?

Well yes, but Tien can do it only once and loses a very good special move for using it (Telekinesis is incredibly valuable for getting in safely). That's why I don't recommend Tien players to use it as a neutral tool, but rather as a combo ender for killing that one problem character on the opponent's team, or ending the match completely (in the FG bizz we would call this style-on'ing :P).

In general Tien doesn't want to throw out neutral supers. No one should, but Tien specifically loses stuff for just using supers, hit or miss (health or the aforementioned special). Which means Tien players have to be even more selective about when they want to use supers or they might end up putting themselves in a bad spot.
