The Server Is Not Reachable Error
When I open the game, a window appears that says "the server is not reachable". Then it gives me the option to [retry] or [next].

The [retry] option doesn't do much for me except cause the window to reappear again.

The [next] option will take me to a window that opens the support page and gives me 2 message boxes. The first box is full of several numbers and letters. The support page instructs me to copy all of this text and paste it into the message box on the webpage and then hit [Request Code]. A few minutes will pass and I guess im supposed to get a code to paste into the second message box on the error window; however the message box with all of the text I just pasted appears again and I get no code.

Is this something that is happening due to the servers having too much traffic or is this an issue on my end? If so, is there any way I can get past this?

I have the exact same issue. I fallow all the instructions but I never get a code.
Anyone hear if devs are aware of this issue?

`please wait while we prepare your game`
for a few minutes, then it revert back to the request code button with what i pasted in the first place.

Yesterday the webservice in charge of getting you the response code (you can see it with your browser by pressing F12 in the "network" tab) was sending a 503 error, today it sends a 404 error. I contacted the Namco support EU but they don't seem to know what the problem is

I've managed to fix my problem.

It seems I was having a SSL Certificate error with the game. I managed to find the certificate in the game's folders under DRAGON BALL FighterZ > EasyAntiCheat > Certificates.

I exported the certificate and placed it into the Certificate Manager of my main web browser, in this case, firefox, which i found in the options menu under Privacy & Settings for the browser. I placed it into the Authorities catagory and after having done that, my game launched successfully.

For Chrome, I believe you can find this under Settings > Advanced Settings > Manage Certificates, then place in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab.

I don't know if this will work for everyone, but its worth a shot I suppose.

Putting the certificate in Chrome did not seem to help.
