I resolved it, it was due to a VPN network that I stopped using a while ago, just disabled it and deleted it and now the game works.

Fatal Crash everytime I try to open my game

I'm still getting this issue too, it's why I mostly play local. I wanna open up to the full playerbase but I can't even stay in a lobby for a minute, let alone several matches.
I've tried every fix I can find and I still run into this. :/

My issue doesn't even let me get to the main menu screen. I bought all the dlc recently and since then have not played. I go to log in today and I keep getting the fatal crash report and the game closes.

Found a way to fix most issues with the game but you will have to repeat the process everytime you quit out of the game until Bandai fixes this ♥♥♥♥. The fixes list range from your processor, fatal crashes, and even match making so be sure to check the link out. Hope it helps and thank God for my wiz of a friend.

Eureka! I found out what was causing the problem (at least for me). It turned out to be my own fault; I had disabled 2 services in Windows that are apparently necessary for the game's online matches to work (although having these services disabled does not affect my ability to play any other online game). Once I turned these 2 services on, I was able to connect and play online.

The 2 services are:
- System Event Notification Service
- COM+ Event System

You can enable these services in Windows by doing the following:
1. Hit the Windows Key and the "R" key at the same time
2. In the "Run" window, type "services.msc" (without quotes)
3. In the Services menu, find "System Event Notification Service" and double-click it.
4. Make sure the "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic. Then click the "Start" button.
5. Do the same thing for the "COM+ Event System" service
6. Launch DBFZ and try to connect to an online match.

Fixed my disconnection issue and now I can play online. Hope this helps!
Dude!!. You’re absolutely legend!! Thanks
