1440P 60 FPS max settings on GTX 970?

Does the game run at max settings 1440p 60 fps on gtx 970? I have ryzen 1700 16gb3200mhzcl15 gtx 970 and injustice 2 was first fighting game that it didnt run at max settings 60 fps because i had to puit lighting to medium while evrything else is maxed. I dont care about dragonball at all and iam not watching the tv series or play the games iam just curious about requorements due to what happend with injhstice 2 who forced me to put lightingh on medium!

I have an Intel i7 860 ][ 8 Gb Ram ][ GTX 970 FTW and run the game at 4k 60fps with no noticible issues with one exception. The Destroyed namek level for some reason is the only level that i notice its running slightly slower then everyrhing else. Its not choppy or unplayable just feels like its like a hair slower. Since its only that level i assume its some issue with the lava and what not messing with my eye.

iam suprised with a 2010 cpu and 8gb ddr3 you run 4k 60. If you had 2017 high end cpu and ram like mine that would be ok but iam realy suprised such old cpu and ram are enough for 4k60 max settings even at fighting games.
