I'm running this game at 60 fps with textures on max and 100% render scale at 720p (everything else is set to low) on a laptop with a Phenom II N930 (quad core 2.0 ghz), a Radeon HD5650 (1 gb vram) and 8 gb ram. It's the best optimized game since MGSV for me.
