Serious controller issues with this game...

It seems that several gamepads and arcade sticks are not recognized by this game. Funny for a VS Fighting...
For me, I have issues with a simple and generic X360 controller, worked perfectly for 30 minutes and then, not recognized no more.
It seems I have bought a gigantic beta test...at full price. Thanks Namco Bandai !

Contollers work fine maybe you raged at being a scrub and threw it.

Only con is that it shows Xbox buttons no matter what.

Yeah, can't get my DS4 to work with it when I've never had problems with it on any other game, either through DS4 Windows or the Steam Big Picture configuration. Neither of those works here, and none of the solutions I could dig up on these forums have helped, like forcing its use in Big Picture, or using x360ce.

Really wishing I'd bought it on PS4 right now.

Funny how most people have it working fine, but hey go refund it

I can't get it to recognize my NVidia Shield Controllers. They work fine in other steam games.

ds4 works instantly without problems for me .. both of my ds4 controllers to be precise

I've been able to run the following controlers and fight sticks with out issue;

Xbox one Elite
PS4 dual shock; NOT using DS4
Qanba Obsidian
Qanba Drone
HORI RapV

Interesting, I have the drone and it doesn't work for me.

My qanba crystal isn't working. Wasn't recognized by the game at all even with several of the workarounds that were posted. I finally got it to be recognized with one of the fixes but it was acting very unresponsive and started acting up in other games so I can't play at all on the stick I have.

Yeap, I had a similar issue with my TE2 in PS4 mode. After trying it with DBFZ, steam now only recognizes it as a "generic controller". It now bugs out in Big Picture Mode and it no longer works with Tekken 7, (which I recently played yesterday )

This PC launch is not very stable at all, I will wait for a little bit to see if it becomes fixed but right now I'm not even in the mood to play this game.

x360ce Worked for me. Big picture config didn't help at all. Using RAP4 here

Yeah I'm more pissed that it messed up my stick with Tekken then anything else lol. I know it also has to partially be steams fault but I haven't been able to fix the problem even after uninstalling all controller drivers and reinstalling them. Everything is still screwed up

Hopefully we will get a fix or solution soon ;)

I had the same issue when I tried it this morning with my drone. I will have to try it again.

I have the drone set to ps3 mode if that helps

joy2key was the only way to get my stick to work.
