I admit, it is odd to have him not be included... but I'd say it's stranger to not have Vegito make an appearance. Honestly they're the only non-movie characters who generally always appear in Dragon Ball Z fighting games (less so Raditz, more so Vegito). However I must say, it is common that Vegito needs to be unlocked... so he may be a secret (fingers crossed).

I'm guessing they didn't include him because he wouldn't really bring much variation and he's been kinda over-done in Budokai/Xenoverse so much.

I really hope Raditz is not a DLC character. There is just so many DLC characters they can make and if Raditz is one of them. I'm going to be upset, especially when they can rather take some GT characters or something better to replace that.

I'd personally love to see Raditz ingame, but seeing as there are limited DLC slots avaliable and Raditz isn't one of the immediate fan favorites, I'd say that the likelyhood of him getting in is low.
