The best solution is cashcoms, imo its biggest respect toward player, evey single char you can pick like you want in sf4 and 5, its great because in sf games eng is really made with ba-lls and heart and passion and some chars sounds equaly amazing or even better than og source core jpn, like zangief or balrog, theyre even superior in ENG, just an example, but overall jpn stuff are last pi-ss and trash in eng dub, its profanation , trust me.

Imo - it should be optional, pickable for each char, SF is best in these terms, normally in games you can pick only overall lang for everyone, that sucks because i can respect that someone is pathetic tasteless cockroach that prefers drinking urine instead of good beer, and praise for example pu-ssy eng voice of cell instead of epic Norio Wakamoto voice or Vegeta outrageous voice over original badass jpn amazing performance, ok, fine, everyone has their own flavour, i can respect it, i just feel sorry for such a people, one love beatiful women and one some crawling abomination of mankind some transpi-ss alike ♥♥♥♥-whothefu-ck-knows what they are, one can love castrated Lil Wayne hideous voice, and one can love Eminem yelling kind of voice or calm and badass of og Snoop or Dre, or praise Milley cyrus or katie perry over withney houston, sia, christie aguilera, bonnie taylor, real artists than could do miracles with their voice, even amy whinehouse, all have different taste, i dig it, you enjoy bleeding ears and torture for brain, pick eng dub always for japanese games and anime ;) <3

ps/ do yourself once a favor and try at least watch anime with eng subs and original audio and at least compare the voices (you'll thank me for this one day) - unless you can't read and you are heavily disabled

# apologize to Vegeta eng voice dub, his actually billion times better than Goku, i just compared them and made mistake, Vegeta is even acceptable if someone really cant stand jpn (ITS OVER 9 000 !! - that line is even 11/10 but only in one performance and i believe there is several, only one was epic) - , but Goku?
