Since Strive has crossplay now, crossplay for dbzf is possible maybe, not sure, but at least with series s/x, pc and ps5. And maybe ps4 and xbox one.

from what I've heard, the issue of crossplay is more business-political rather than technical first and foremost. The parties owning the platforms need to talk their ♥♥♥♥ out for it

Also yes, consoles ARE slower, and not just compared to high end PC's. This is an undeniable fact whether people choose to accept it or not.

I for one don't want to be forced to randomly wait up to 3-4 times longer for a console player to load. Because you KNOW that if they introduced cross play there wouldn't be anything in the "match found" screen to indicate console players so you could avoid them.
