The rights for the anime musics are the property of Toei animation, sold separatly then ^^
The anime is from the 90s, Heavy Metal was growing big in Japan in the 90s. Metal-ish/Rock-ish music in a 2018 game based on a 90s anime seems right to me. Better than that bland disco-ish ♥♥♥♥ they put in games like SF nowadays.

Hopefully there is a mod, there are awesome rock songs that make fighting games what they are such as Ken Stage from SF2 or guile theme from SF2. Guilty Gear music isn't anywhere near as good it just feels like generic metal
