?? Silo: are they fixed

**Has the silos been fixed ?
-on the console [PS4], you can buy and add Pea to every silo that you own but not able to recover your product,
-the only silo that worked right was the one back at your ranch
-didn't know if the PC/Steam version had the same problem or not
-haven't bought any yet, still grinding
