Probably a winner.
Probably won't happen.
Definitely added to my wish list.
Not exactly, because Farming Simulator is not a lifesim, More Like a merger of Farmers Dynasty, Farming Simulator 22 and Stardew Valley.
Iam not sure why not... Toplitz have more experience now after Farming,Lumberjack Dynasty so most of the code is there, they just need to add more Content and Features. The biggest problem with the Dynasty is that it is grindy and there is not enough distractions to offset the grind. No uniqueness when it comes to NPC, not there looks and behavior, Janet for example that tells the player she wants to be a tomato farmer but after your job never plants them.
I think if every Npc had unique Dialogue and habbits + progression, the game gone be 100% better. An example for that will be Gorge that runs the mill but needs the farmer to invest and supply, to follow up the quest of his love intrest Ann that wants to open a bakery and after investing and getting the Shop running the two mary and invite the player to come to the wedding and reward the player with a little trinket for the house. (that's like 6 quests you can have the player do and the town evolves)
If they ever do FD2, I hope they switch to the Unreal engine like Medieval Dynasty. The old Farm Expert engine suffers from stutters, popping and low draw distance even on high end systems.
