Official Guide

I purchased the Guide. Steam automatically installed it. It's in my game library. But I have no idea how to see it ... I don't know how to start browsing ... Please help!

It says on the store page:
C:/Programs (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Farmer‘s Dynasty\Official Guide Content. But I think you first have to start the game before this folder appears there, not sure though.

Steam shows that the Official Guide is installed. Maybe there is a key that activates the guide in the game? I don't know how to turn it on !!!

There is no key to activate the guide. You simply go to the folder in the described way above and double-click the guide. Then it opens in a separate tab. If you don't find the folder with the guide, start the game, close it again and then check again. This folder definitely appears once you purchased the guide. And then you only have to go there in the described way above and open it, that's all. I did it this way myself, so I know that the guide is there.

Did not work. When I click on the DLC Guide icon, it takes me to the Steam store with that DLC's position.

That's really strange because it worked for me immediately as soon as I had bought the Official Guide. Maybe you can specify the headline of your thread that the Guide doesn't work. The dev is very nice and supportive and helped me already a lot recently when I had a problem with the scaffolds. If he reads about your problem (and already in the headline), he will in any case help you. :-)

I wrote to the producer and they fired me too. I finally bought the product and I have the right to use it. I am slowly losing patience with this game and my GAME RATING IS NEGATIVE !!!

If you have played less than 2 hours and less than 2 weeks after you bought the game, you can ask for a refund to get your money back.

But I don't understand what you mean by being fired by the producer. Like I said before, the dev is very kind and very supportive and once he has read about your problem, he will definitely help you. To increase the chance he gets aware of your thread sooner, I suggested in my last message to specify in the headline of your first post that the Official Guide doesn't work for you. Not just write "Official Guide" but for example "The Official Guide doesn't work for me" or "The Official Guide doesn't open" or something like that.

Thanks for the hint. In the end it worked, but you had to reach inside the game files.

Yes, that's the way to the game folder that I wrote in my first message, including the path you just wrote here. :-) That's what it says on the guide's store page in the end of the game description, above the system requirements. So if I understand you correctly, you can now finally open the Guide ? That would be really great. :-)

So I'm glad I could help you after all, maybe there was a misunderstanding due to English being a foreign language for both of us. But what counts is that you can finally open the Guide. I think it's a very good one that explains very well how things work and also with many pictures. :-)
