Adding other materials, or other colors of materials is possible, but pretty lengthy considering all the material cross-references and number of replacement meshes. We will think about color changes without multiplying materials and elements though.
We will look through the issues as well.
I see a great future if we all stick together.
floors we should be able replace the floor tile
And piant the rest off floors not just 2/3 rooms
And tidy up the kitchen units fridge cuborads
Also would like option to render the airbricks on house / garage/barn
Qption to piant the hen houe= cowshed =large barn= gazzbo =dog kennel =
Outside seating and child play aera would leave outside looking good
How about option to concrete tarmac the yard at some time
Can't wait to get that bath cleaned out and the kitchen scrubbed. I think Grandpa kept the animals in the house judging by the state of it when we moved in. The devs need to add a doctor so we can get treated for food poisoning - the state of that fridge! Dread to see inside it!
yes same here cant wait get that cooker up and running so can make the canned food
and get that furnace in the basement working cold at night with no heating working at moment
soon maybe
Looking forward to preserving the food, haven't seen any pumpkin soup yet - have you?
Is it by any chance possible to change the building material of an existing structure?
For example: the straw-shed consists of wood planks and bricks...
I want it to be completely made from bricks... Is that possible? I was not able to to, but maybe I´m too stupid... :D
Edith says: and if I´m not too stupid, why is it this way? It´s not a bug, it´s a feature?
Maybe a future update will add such possibilities, along with a wider range of color palette.
The same goes for building new barns, workshops and silo's. Allow us to make them bigger and better which obviously costs but allow us to build them as we want with the layout we want on a piece of land that isn't otherwise used.
In addition, allow us to make new fields on waste land. There is so much wasted land on this map.
I didn't know I could change exterior doors from wood to metal until I was just running around with metal sheets and looking at things. Current plan is to buy wood and look around before replacing the obvious surfaces to see what else I can change.
