Where to park implements?
Where does everyone else park the implements. I put them to the left of the greenhouse if you are looking at the door of the greenhouse. But anywhere along there seems to get the hire tractor caught on them. I thought about on the lane by the slurry thing too but I have seen a tractor turn up on that lane to do the field just in front of the haybarn. I don't like them in the yard. Where do YOU put them?

Tractor gets parked on the grain silo inlet grate.
Grain trailer to the left of the greenhouse between the greenhouse and the tree.
Fertiliser spreader between the two trees to the left of the barn doors on the field side.
Harrow under the cover to the right of the barn doors on the field side.
Plough to the left of the Harrow, also under cover.
Seeder in the seed shed.
Combine and headers on the slurry storage path just past the barn, next to the trees.
Slurry tank under the slurry outlet.
Hay wagon in the cow shed, usually with a few bales still on it.

The garage @ Central Lakeside and I use the pickup to go to work.

Now I have been known to use part of one of my two back fields about 1/4 to 1/3 for parking, most implements on. I plow, cultivate and no planting, Down side, I can't hire for that field, I must do it myself. Wish we had the option to either purchase more large storage bldgs, or Green houses to place on those two fields if we would like to. I also have kept and stored most of the older implements on the (looking from the front of the house back) far left grassy area on the side of the field near the pathway. I'm working for others now a lot and none of the newer implements are parked anywhere nice.

Finch :: Going to have to check that out???

OK guys using the numbered maps the lot is between fields 50 and 54, there is a large barn by its self, a fence or border of bushes around the lot to keep the field of view better and an Umbrella covered table for your break times. Brilliant Finch.

You forgot the chest behind the table Sally ;) There are also 11 fields in that area (which I currently own) so your machinary is always near your working area. If the devs made those silo's on the farm within that grid usable its a farmers paradise cos you have a fueling station just up the road in addition to a farm machinary store which has most items.

FORGOT ABOUT THE CHEST, BUT THANKS. I finished my chests a long time ago, I have all my fields in the upper left area (where wife came from) and near the main farm or 3 down by the old mill only own 24 farms or so, My emphasis is on the family growing etc, thats why that sheet of workable farms was so long to get out, GaminGargoyle actually went to the trouble to purchase all of the properties and harvest, plow and Cultivate with workers , His list was not in numerical order so I filled in my other sheet with his permission. I like hiring workers, but then I work for other NPC's heading towards my Social Point job.

One of the things I like about this game its goals for each player can be different and everyone can be a sucess at what they choose to, At first it was fixing everyones house when the free supplies came out, but then they did not need me back (shot my self in the foot that time). Then it was getting a wife, then a child.
Then forever to get Timmy out of the crib,

It still changes all the time. I really Like the Idea of buying, renting or leasing their silos and or green houses. Or of purchasing pre-fab bldgings for lots behind farm ie, green houses, storage garages or barns. Or larger cow barns> could be a lot more, but then I'n never get anything done in real life.
Enjoy your game there, and have a great everything!

Did you get Timmy out of his crib? I've yet to see that happen.

I like the idea of renting/leasing silo's greenhouses etc because it is a good money sink as opposed to buying.

Oh yes he got out just about his third birthday and 3 days later his new baby sister Mia was born and the crib is full again. Now Im trying to get him to school. Will ask my son to post PIx ( hes a pretty interesting little kid). haha

Wow, OK, I've never gotten that far (too many restarts testing bits and pieces) I was under the impression the baby never grew so this is good news indeed.

I posted pix of Timmy and Mia and wife on my steam account. Do I need to do anything else so you can see them??
