Once the last building is completed you need to go to the Home Sweet Home marker, which is located in the center of the farmyard, near the gazebo. Often though, you will have to walk away from the buildings (say around back one of the buildings), then return to the gazebo area to 'trigger' the Home Sweet Home quest.
Note: the forum; "A Quick Guide for New Players.."
http://steamcommunity.com/app/678900/discussions/0/1620600279658021873/, is often ignored by many players due to it's being named "...for New Players". But this forum has a load of usefull tips & tricks that can be handy for all players.
Take a moment, then start a new save and go through the motions of repairing the farm because you have obviously missed something then once you find it, you go back to your initial save and rectify the issue. A few screenshots would help troubleshoot the problem.
The only other thing that I can possilby think, is that one of the interior walls was not repaired, but that is a slim chance since you stated that you upgraded everything. So I would then suggest you go around the perimeter of the building & check the base with the RMB, & see if you have a spot that was missed. This base does not get upgraded, so could have missed a spot.
This is the dark side of playing early acces games :)
My specs: Radeon (TM) R9 380 Series, AMD FX(tm)-8350, 12 GB RAM
All you need to do is plug up the holes and cracks. You don't even need to fix the fence or gates but you do need to fix the fence around the chicken coop.
Use the steel by the greenhouse to replace the greenhouse door only then use your only your repair tools and don't buy any materials.
Once you are happy with what you've done, leave the area, meet other npc, go to church etc and wait for Home Sweet Home Completed message before considering doing anything more to the house.
I would still be interested in seeing your save files, since I believe there is a item that is not being completed.
- Outside base section;
- Kitchen interior wall section;
- Basement door;
- Main bedroom door;
- Upper floor deck door;
I tried the two files supplied by you by first using one of my current game saves to replace the missing save files not supplied. That game only showed the outside base section, & the Kitchen interior wall section as red, when pressing RMB (Engineer's Sight). Note: this save already had the house completed (per the tutorial), so even though I fixed those two sections, it didn't change the game.https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1583531013

I next tried your two files with a completely new game, by again replacing your files in place of the originals. This time the doors were added to the items showing red. But I was still able to complete the house - even though I did not complete the upper bedroom deck door.
There may have been some differences from what you have seen since I had to "re-use" my own files for the ones you did not forward. But otherwise all the other buildings did show completed.
