How do I move farm equipment?

Hi - I'm in my first season and have completed a bunch of the quests to get the "old" farm equipment (baler, etc). But I don't know how to get that equipment back to my farm. Do I have to drive the tractor over to get each one?? Does it all hook up to the tractor?

Yes ,thats exactly right. Baler, plow, cultivator, manure spreader ,trailer and hay trailer all hook to the old tractor .Front of the Harvester hooks up to the 2 headers seperately (spikey one used for corn ,wheel type used for barley/wheat) . And stuff for later - Green new trailer hooks up to the old tractor, 18k, 11tn (absolute tart to reverse though) New Red trailer , 16k, 16tn awesome to reverse - only hooks to new tractor though. New tractors hook up to all old equipment
