greenhouse growing time

In the beginning they said growth should take 14 days. I have experienced with zucini that it takes 21 days. Now I just planted tomatos and after about 21 days they are still green. Am I close?

Ripening time in full days:
Melon and Zucchini - 19
Cucumber and Pumpkin - 20
Paprika and Tomato - 21
Chili - 22
Apple - 40
All field crops, including grass - 60, Corn - ~90.
The sowing day and the ripening day are not considered. The formula looks like this: sowing day + ripening time + next day when the crop is ready for harvest (usually in the morning).

I don't know how long corn takes to mature, but its exception from 60 days rule, it takes longer. You can always save game and skip time just to see if corn gets ready and revert back in time after.
