Cultivating Job.

A cultivating job showed up on the map. I took the job. It sent me to a ripe field of Lupine to cultivate? As soon as I started cultivating this field it told me I was destroying crops. And to harvest the field first. I only agreed to cultivate a field not harvest it and cultivate it. Cost me social points. Somebody coding this game needs to put down the pipe and actually think.

Usually if you are asked to cultivate a field which still has a ripe crop in it you can harvest the crop and get money for the grain and then cultivate the field. it tells you you should plough before cultivating but ignore that you should not lose any points. I have done it twice and it worked ok.

First harvest, donated money (this is still normal a bug), then cultivate. He then says yes you have not plowed and will receive little harvest, but you can ignore that. That's how I always do it

I realize that it how this buggy situation works. But i refuse to have to harvest a field of Lupine which is worth nothing and mobilize the equipment to do so. I agreed to cultivate, not harvest and cultivate for a basically useless crop. They need to tell you exactly what you are signing on for.

Not sure where you sell your grain but Lupine is worth 756 Eur/ton which is about as good as any of the prices on the game. I suggest you stop playing until the game is officially released and then you can whine as much as you like. Or maybe just do not do any cultivating quests. It is after all an early access game at the moment so bugs are not entirely unexpected.

For one thing I am not whining. I am pointing out a bug. For the other thing Lupine weighs very little and you lose money just harvesting it. You must not have played the game very long. That cultivating job if I was to harvest it then cultivate the field would be a net loss for me.

If you are required to harvest a field and then cultivate the field, that should be explained at jump street. I have done cultivating job's before and it was always a plowed field I was cultivating. Tricking you into taking a job where you would likely lose money is not something that should be in game. It means that some pimple faced dev thought the idea was funny. It is not.

I do not understand why you lose money, I lose no money and many players are happy if they earn extra money. you harvest and cultivate the field, where is the problem? It does not have to accept if it disturbs and does not want to earn money. I am pleased. have fun then

If you are ask to cultivate a field that has a crop and you harvest it, will you get more Social Points if you plow it then cultivate it or the same points if you just cultivate it?
