I don't what the price range is for either machine, but wait until tomato soup sells for 9.73, which is the global market economy low point, save for crop prices.
You can (and should) put both on your fields - liquid manure and dry fertilizer.
As COmtns wrote you could also buy Fert-Ex which contains both (gives 200% fertilizer) - but fert-ex costs more than buying liquid manure and fertilizer seperately (and liquid manure you get for free if you have cows). So using it means you pay to save some time (spreading manure doesnt take much time as you can drive top speed)
Additional - I (personally) would prefer the amazone sprayer instead of the rauch tws because the amazone is hitched and very handy. The Rauch is pulled and it can be annoying if you dont have much space to turn. You dont need the large cargo - because even the small hitched sprayer can load enough fertilizer (4000kg) for 12-16 ha of fields.
(i have already ploughed, cultivated, manure spread, and sown seeds)
so, can i run over the fields again with fertilizer despite the fact i have already seeded them ?
-- or should i just leave it this time around
Map indeed shows 200% fertilize when both types are used, its a bit confusing at first.
