Just click on the level bar it should "slide" like other bars around it.

I wonder if your system is auto-detected lower setting due to ram? My slider is full yellow, but there is various levels such as med, high, etc..

Also can click on top things to change say your resolution, V-sync, or Window On/off

I am thinking your system may be auto-detecting low ram (graphics), & maybe auto-forcing game to run lower resolution. There was some discussions today (i belive) by dev's & others. They say they may have to "Tweak" it some more since it appeared to "cut-off" some machines that had been able to play higher resolution before the update today.

I am trying to find those postings, but haven't had any luck at moment

i put it to a lower resolution myself it was defaulted to a much higher one at a 16:9 one or something but i have a old 4:3 monitor so i changed that myself Lol and ram that shouldn't be a problem i play much more detailed and higher ram staining games on max without a problem...

Can you click on that Custom Video Settings at all? Mine has a bunch of different setting in there.

And my Video bar above is full yellow (that is the slider one)

Else there must be a way to 're-set' the graphics settings. Might have to wait for Dev's to get back online tomorrow. Tom was on for awhile today.

Ah early access, sometimes can be so much fun :steammocking:

ya... do you know where the config file is mabey i can just edit that Lol
Merck Jan 2, 2018 @ 10:01pm
wonder also if try a new game, just to see if the save file was messed up somehow with the new updates.

Another thought is did your system do both updates. The last one was a hotfix. & I even seen that it was in the "queu" way after it came out. I had to manually tell it to download

I usually go in Steam & right click on game name - then Properties. There is a Tab for Local Files. That usually takes to such items. Else there is that hidden folder appdata that is usually where the game files are downloaded.

I will see if can find a config file
Merck Jan 2, 2018 @ 10:07pm
under the Browse Local Files there is a "!ConsoleLog" file that looks like it deals with graphics. It is a text file. I don't know if you could make a backup & then delete it to force it to re-scan your system?????

Else you may want to try a re-install of game.

You can go to the save files & back them up to a different location/name. Then return them afterwards to resume your current game.

Shawn Jan 2, 2018 @ 10:23pm
ya showed up after verifying files but didn't change anything gonna try a fresh instal

EDIT: didn;t work... also turns out the config file is saved where save games are but it does nothing Lol

Found those posting (at least some of them) that was looking for before; Look in the Latest Updates forum for topics of your type of problem. The most recent was talking about render.
Shawn Jan 2, 2018 @ 11:36pm
ya devs trying to tell me my game is force to the alternate renderer becuase my xcrad must be below 1g... whens its over 2gb clearly the auto detect thing they use is faulty.... Lol
