i just started and have repaired everything and cant figure out what to do next

By doing quests you'll get some old equipment;

Harvester to harvest
a seeder to seed the fields
cultivator to cultivate the fields
plow to plow the fields
trailer to transport your grains
hay trailer to transport hay bales
baler to bale loose straw
fertilizer to fertilize crops
manure sprayer to fertilize the fields

All this is no apparent order.

Where's the seeder? I've every equipment but i can't trigger I think quest? with the seeder :( Will it pop up randomly or?

Seeder (or Planter) is due south of your farm. A gentleman wants you to plow a very big field, & fix the greenhouses. No use going to that farm without the plow.

Also, make sure your fuel tank is filled. If run out in field will be stuck & have to call the Tow Truck. $200. very expensive, & only gives enough fuel to run home for more.

Our area we call the cultivator that you start the game with a drag. But harrow is also a common name.

Thanks! i guess I'll have to drive around to trigger that quest, right? Because now I've only the ! ! ! quest available that changes daily :)

Yes, if you drive due south of farm. Go past the Ag store where you buy seeds/fertilizer & greenhouse supplies, there is a farm on the right side. When you get close it will trigger the quest for the planter.
