drone re-charge ?

how to re-charge drones ?

You need to build a recharge station. They should recharge on their own.
We're aware they're not always do it on their own and a fix is coming.

ok thx but this dont want work for me...i build a recharge station but they dont do it on your own....hmmm i will wait for the bug fix :-( but this game is still awesome and i cant wait what we will get in the future...thx devs for your work i have a lot of fun with this game ;-)

make sure you have enough power generation/stockage in your base also they can't recharge if you're running short but even with power you might have the problem. we'll see on the next update :) Thx for being so fast in your answers

Guess will have to wait for the next update to rely a bit more on drones, currently I have plenty of power but 2 drones laying dorment because they forgot how to recharge.

Anyway to recharge them manually as I guess even with the fix because they have no power anymore they won't make it to the recharge station on their own.

Sometimes they tend to forget to charge (this is being worked on) however when they power down you can set them to follow and power them back on by clicking the 'tick button' in the top right of the Q menu and have them follow you to the charge station, It can also help to put a few recharge packs in their inventory. Hope that helps!

After they powered down, i put a recharge pack in there INV it gave them a small bit of energy and they are still stuck in power down mode. Not sure if that is a bug or not.

outside the base they recharge at the recharge station but inside a base with all doors closed they dont want recharge....

it looks like theres a queue of orders the drones want to follow... like:

-> go to storage -> pick up resource -> recharge -> go to crafting station -> craft

and if they cant get to the storage box, they just stop doing anything.. like the "go to storage -> pick up resources" part is stuck within the drones AI Chip, because it cant reach it; and it doesnt "cut out" that part from the queue and is processing the next step ^^
