Simple question about drone limit

Hi,

As the title suggest, I would like to know if there is a way to increase drone limit over the starting 5 maximum. Checked the web and the guides and forums, still can't seem to find anything about this. I can't be the only one with this question? (I feel special!)

As an aftertought, I would also like to know how to craft turrets since I am advanced into the game already and still can't figure where / how to craft them. Not seeing them at all in my craft choices nor all my t2/t3 crafting stations.

P.S.: I just found a pod with lots of materials on my top floor! I know I've seen many messages about daily crates with newer stuff in-game when I got a new level. But months have passed in-game and I never found one. I supposed they either were not working or were spawning so far I could't find them in my travels.

Is this something they fixed with a new patch or am I just unlucky to not find any?

I think the question that answers your first 2 questions is: have you upgraded your Command Centre? This is different to your corp rating.
Mine's a Tier 6 CC and I've got 13 bots

You now also need a L8 corp rating to be able to build all items

Daily drop pods came in the last patch release.

My command center is lvl 2. Didn't know what upgrading it did, so let that sit there. It even says it doesn't need to be online to claim the land.

Corp rating at 6 at the moment.

Didn't know you could upgrade any building past tier 3, which is what all my other buildings are at.

Glad the drop pods are working! I'll try to find a second one today :)

It's not that buildings can go past T3, there are extra items that will appear in the build list once you upgrade your CC past L2, I think the vehicle pads might be one such thing, or was, could be different since the last update.

Like Marvin said, your bot limit will increase with your command center tier, which you increase by upgrading it.

To craft turrets press B to open the building menu and the bottom tab that looks like a shield will have the options to build turrets, the amount of turrets you can build also scales with the CC tier.
