Impossible to select chapter to continue the game

Me and my friend played until the level The Elevator a few days ago, and wanted to continue today. However, when we click on The Elevator (or any other option) nothing happens, it says at "Play from start". How can we continue from where we left off?

By messing with the config you can indeed select a level but you won't be able to get the alternate(good) ending, you need to play it in one go for that... the save mechanism is broken

It's only a checkpoint system. it does not save what switches you activated

Hi there, we've reported this to the devs. In the meantime you can manually turn on all checkpoints by going to the config file and put UnlockAllCheckpoints on 'true' instead of 'false'.

Where is this config file. Exact path please. The reddit forum instructions do not work either (no such file).

Are you looking in your LocalLow appdata folder? It's a bit unusual for game files to be in that folder
