For anybody struggling to open the safe on Episode 1....

Buy a controller. Seriously, I couldn't get the safe to open on muse and keyboard, but then used an Xbox One Controller and it opened in a second.

It's not perfect with a controller either, sadly.

My first playthrough it happened first try. Second playthrough, it took seven tries. Both with a controller.

I play the whole game with keyboard and mouse and don't even remember struggling with a safe lol

i used my laptops trackpad and it worked first try with it for anybody who has a gaming laptop i guess

I cant even start the game. It gives me the option to use my mouse and keyboard, and shows what they will do in the game. after starting in the Batcave, I try to start the game by clicking on the Episode 1 at the bottom of the page, but nothing happens. Any help please?

Actually, all of you guys have it wrong. So, I was doing what all you guys said. HOWEVER, it isn't what it might first seem. Instead of doing it the way of the monkeys, you have to get the one where it is called: hear no evil. The reason is that the sound thingy (the things that cause you to die and want to flip your table because of the lack of time limitation that you're given.) Because of that timing you are NOT supposed to do them all and in order. There is one that will end up unlocking (hear no evil) and there will be a missale. Batman will end up smashing the speakers and you'll be on your way. I have spent 4 hours trying to figure this out, and Google isn't helpful. Let me know if this works. Pick the one that says Hear no evil due to your hearing suffering. and do exactly what was on the screen. Despite all the other comments, this will work, as I had done all the other people's suggestions and accidentally found this way and worked.

I wonder if a trackball would manage this as well. How for into ep 1 is this? Which Chapter?
