Episode 2 bug that is ruining the game for me.
So I've run into this weird glitch that's is big time ruining my gaming experience around the point in the game that Harley Quinn id introduced and it involves the camera acting all buggy and weird, where characters will just disappear and for most of a scene I'll just be staring at a clipping alley way instead, or the angle will be all weird and clipping through things. It got to the point where I don't even want to finish this game when Regina went into an elevator and all I could see the entire scene was this still of Harley and joker standing without moving while the sounds go on in the background. This is so frustrating for me. Is there a way to fix this, or do I have to get a refund for this game for completely ruining my immersion by forcing me to stare at walls entire scenes and not know what the characters are actually doing?

Here's a few examples:

Spent an entire scene just staring at Harley and Joker doing this in the elevator without moving: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/934938727190009128/3341B936CDAF3EA9F55ABD0D58EF801D8926EA1E/
Couldn't tell what was happening but I guess a police came or something but all I could see was this the whole time: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/934938727190024880/41F040139D08CB6C80F1A78236AF99AD5BF8B6BA/
Everytime I had to answer a question in the car scene it'd show this weird thing: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/934938727190024329/D27E32E3FFCAA824637B139AB99BC176C4EB8168/

Help would be deeply appreciated .

Also I forgot to mention this but I have already attempted reinstalling the game, and messing with my graphics settings but neither helped. All my graphics, and drivers and everything is completely compatable, and up to date as well. Dunno if that information helps.

Oh, well that's weird. I tried running the game one more time as a last ditch attempt and for no apparent reason on my part the bug was gone that time and I could see what was happening in the elevator scene. Maybe it's cause I chose a different dialog option? I'm not sure. I just hope it doesn't come back.

We are sorry to see you are experiencing an issue with progressing past the elevator scene in Wayne Tower in Episode Two of Batman: The Enemy Within. We see from your previous response that your graphics card is capable to run the game however have you attempted to update your drivers? If the issue persists please contact us at support@telltale.com or using the link below and we will be able to assist you further.

I've got the same glitch. Saw another discussion explaining it was quitting and rejoining the episode that was the problem - They said if you run the whole episode without stop, there is no problem. But it was a discussion from 2017, isn't there a patch of some kind?

The same issue in the elevator happened to me. I just allowed the scene to play out, when the dialog was over and the scene moved on, everything corrected itself.
Kind of a necro, but I am playing through for the first time, and really enjoyed season 1. Season 2 got off to an ok start, but I have noticed this happen a couple of times now. And it always seems to be in a Harley and John Doe scene.
I got it a bit in the car when you first meet her, and now again in the lift (elevator to you yanks).
It's alright if it rights itself, but that seemed a really intense scene, and even though I know what Harley said to the woman (I forget her name), I have no idea if she pushed her, or got in her face to intimidate her or what, as we all just stood stock still, and the woman just teleported out of the scene all of a sudden.

That bugs me is that you have to have your xbox one controller wired to work for this game and not wireless.

Played the episode a couple of days ago, had the same exact glitch.

I am just experiencing this issue right now as I am playing Episode 2 for first time and I am in the elevator scene... I also have issues with save gaming feature on the Telltale cloud account and I needed to make a new savegame and loose all the progresses from Season 1 and Episode 1...
I cannot event ask for refund because two hours passed already... Telltale Game disappointed me and feel I lost my money for buying such buggy game.
