Telltale GAme Mechanics Suggestions
. In a constructive tread. I know Telltale monitors these treads. I thought with their future. We might start an actual game mechanics and suggestion to help elevate their games. I do think they are always open to great suggestions to improving their gameplay. Batman did introduce a few perks like Detective point and click puzzling and a cute color scheme choice, but this is not about their storytelling. Telltales are Digital Comic Book and Storytelling interaction.
They have it down to a science to episode releases but is the gameplay of following arrow movements ala the old Dragon's Lair enough, is picking Batman's color before you start enough. This is not a tech tread, so any Bug complaints should go there.

How do you expand of the current gameplay? Yes, these games are a lot of work, but with Wolf 2, Games of Thrones 2, Strange Creatures, Elementals, all possibly coming. I thought it a great idea to give them some inventive ideas they could consider.

Make one- number it, title it and give a brief explanation

I will start it off

1. Multiple Plotlines-within the episode that alter the story, not just the choice. I would not be so quick to bust out chapters. I am not saying take a year for each one, but what I would like to see added is actual 3-5 alternate stories based on the choice you picked. Let give you an example, Let’s say your choice is to unmask Batman to the Joker- and let’s say your choices are to do so in public, do so that one person, be defiant and ignore it or do nothing. Each choice would have a different plot line and new directional storytelling. Im theory you would be having multiple dimensional outcomes to that choice. So, if you went public the story would go in one direction with different scenes and outcomes, each choice would alter the story, but only done in a few key moments otherwise just too much work to have so many different stories. It would be like the Batman episode Over the Edge, where one incident lead to a complete storyline, If Batgirl didn't die and was hospitalized another, if Batgirl ducked and avoided Scarecrows attack another. Follow. This way you have 4 different games and stories in one and you can if you wish would do this in multiple episodes. Epi. One could have this mechanic and then again in Epi. 5. The reason of course for this suggestion is replay. You can even get very complex with this mechanic. Though Telltale may counter and say. It may take too long to do that. Why not do so with 1 or 2 titles. Why not make that kind of epic game every few years? CUstomers would pay more for such a complex game. With the engines improving the games being developed faster and easier. Not an inconceivable suggestion.
I am very specific to this suggestion. What other game mechanic would you suggest. Thank you
