try verifying the integrity of the game files.

Left click on the game in the library menu, then go down to the very bottom to "properties".

Then go to "Local Files" and click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files".

See if that helps. Sometimes not everything gets downloaded properly and this feature will detect that and redownload the files that aren't working properly.

We are sorry to see you have Episode Four of Batman: The Enemy Within appearing as "Coming Soon". Do you have automatic updates set to on in Steam? Additionally do you have any firewall services configured on your computer? Once the most recent update is installed Episode Four should appear as playable. If the issue persists please contact us at support@telltale.com or use the link below and we will be able to assist you further.

Try adding the steam folder to your antivirus (AV) exclusions too, it could be blocking the updates or the DRM. Just google adding exclusions and the name of your AV.

All steam games are in the steam apps and then common folder in the main steam directory, so if you add the main directory of steam to your Antivirus, you should remove any AV restrictions on steam as well as the games installed, hopefully fixing all update problems.

Another one to try if this doesn't work is running the games .exe file as admin. Go to steam, steamapps, common and then the game folder, find the games .exe file (usually the game name and an .exe suffix - listed as application if you set file explorer view options to details). Right click on the .exe and select properties, go to the compatibility tab, at the bottom hit the change settings for all users button and then tick run as administrator at the bottom. Hit apply, ok and ok again to close the dialogue windows and save the settings. Try running the game again.

If any of these work let us know cos that way it might help others. If none of them work, I suppose you could google it and see if theres any config file fixes (dunno if the game actually has a config file tbh, not all do); if you've already googled however, just ignore me! :) Good luck though, must be really frustrating.

Dude, there's literally no information in your post.... what are you running? Its kinda hard to give you fixes if we all we have is a photo of half your screen, and considering you're posting in a public forum I imagine you want our help so maybe try not to sound quite as abrupt when you respond. ... we're just users like you remember, we dont have to spend time trying to help you. Plus, I don't know if you're aware of this, but the VAST majority of steam users are on PC. Wanna help us out here? As unfortunately none of us are either telepathic or technopathic.

Having said that, I have looked on their site.

Under Steam - Mac it states it is still coming Soon, so the likleyhood is, it has not yet been released for Mac's yet.
Dam... thx

Wow, you use a mac, I really dont give a crap about your platform is mate, honestly I'm not some tech snob and this isn't a PC masterrace dicussion - that's BS anyhow. It's a narrow-down-the-hardware-to-be-able-to-troubleshoot-your-problem discussion. Different hardware involves different game coding which involves different bug fixes; PC games tend to have config files, which can be edited for instance. You want technical help with any game? Give the people your asking details on both your system - whether console, android, apple device or pc - AND, your issue, along with how it manifests when gaming. Only then can anyone actually help you. And finally, stop being so surly about it - its not really inspiring anyone to help you.
