Spoiler Question (Episode 4)
So my actions shaped Joker to Vigilante. So when he goes on a rampage, what happens if I stop the Agent instead of John? Will Waller be spared a stabbing?

I've stopped the agent instead of John and while I stopped the agent, John stabbed Waller in the meantime

Wait? John stabs waller? That didn't happen in my playthrough and I made him a baddy.

It's part of the "good" ending where John turns on the Agency after they try to kill him. For the most part, Waller appears unfazed by it.

Waller will blame somebody for the bridge getting blown up... this one is on her for trying to shoot John after he did what the agency and the GCPD couldn't do.

at least he would still be Bruce's buddy. it did surprise me from episode 1 onwards that John was genuine and always looked out for you. I could never turn on him
