That's a good question. I could have sworn missing one option the riddler gave you killed her immediate partner, but I'm seeing him alive, which is baffling me. Either the save isn't reading correctly, or they changed it so the less known agent dies first and not her partner first.

Either way it probably doesn't change THAT much, but it's still bothering me.

Considering I'm a person who takes story and character development first and formost and when details don't fit together, like Bigby's and Snow's relationship in the game as opposed to the start of the books, little details like this really bother me. :/

Whats even weirder in the codex back at the batcave, read his file, it says he's dead. Yet i just saw the guy.

Having the exact same problem. Blake died and Avesta was fine and in the codex it says just that, but Blake was alive on the boat and came to visit me later on.

Same exact thing. I just sent in a report to telltale. Really weird stuff.

So it's a save file reading error from the looks of things. That will probably require Telltale to fiddle with something on their end. Guess I'll hold off playing it till it's fixed. It's a small detail that probably doesn't matter, but things like that bother the hell out of me when they don't match up.
