PS4 controller, rumble support?

I play EVERY Steam game with my PS4 controller, both TellTale batman games are the ONLY games that RUMBLE does NOT work. any way to fix?

but Steam already emulates xb360 controller when PS4 controller is being used via overlay. All other games work and rumble without additional 3rd party software... hmmm
